Meharia Reid & Associates has been a part of the following projects as advisors:

  • In the setting up of a Resort Project viz. Vedic Village near Kolkata, West Bengal. The Project is spread over an area of 100 Acres and is under Sanjeevani Group. It comprises of Arvada, Yoga and various other Herbal treatment centres and Country Club with a Guest House Complex of 7-Star standard. The Project is ISO 9002 approved and is nearing completion and is expected to be launched in December 2002.
  • In construction and development of a Township comprising over 300 Apartments known as Club Town near Kolkata and is under Sanjeevani Group. It has a Club widely popular club known as Circle Club with 5-Star standard and is also ISO 9002 approved.
  • In development of Space Town and Space Circle Club. The Space Club is the twenty-first century Club in the whole of Kolkata and has been built and is comparable to 7-Star facility. It is a Sanjeevani Group project. It is ISO 9002 approved and comprises 1100 Apartments. The project has been completed and Space Circle is functioning.
  • In development and construction of Housing Complex comprising 15 Building spread over an area of over 5 Acres at Kolkata known as ‘Mangalam Park’ under ‘Mangalam’. The Project has 300 Apartments and is nearing completion.
  • In development and construction of 400,000.00 square feet Multi-storied (fully air-conditioned) complex at 22 Camac Street, Kolkata. The Complex has the famous Stores – Pantaloons, Westside, Pizza Hut, Planet ‘M’ and offices of Multinational companies. The Project has been completed under the supervision of M/s. Hafiz Contractor, a famous Architect from Mumbai and is under Mangalam Group.
  • In development of 20 Acres of land for the purpose of setting up of a Multiplex Complex of Sanjeevani Group on the Eastern Fringes of Kolkata called Sanjeeva Town.
  • In construction and Development of Victoria Plaza a Marketing Complex at 1A Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata 700017 with a total built up area over 70,000 square feet.
  • In construction and Development of Sahara Sadan, the Eastern Region headquarters of Sahara India Pariwar at 1B Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata 700017 with a total built up area over 50,000 square feet.
  • In construction and development of Mangalam A and Mangalam B at 24/26 Hemanta Basu Sarani, Kolkata 700001, right in the heart of the city of Kolkata with a total built up area over 150,000 square feet.
  • In construction and development of Vaibhav Air-conditioned Market at 4 Lee Road, Kolkata 700017, right in the heart of the city of Kolkata with a total built up area over 75,000 square feet.
  • In construction and development of Sumangal Building at 4 Lee Road, Kolkata 700017, right in the heart of the city of Kolkata with a total built up area over 45,000 square feet consisting of premium residential flats for the rich and famous of Kolkata.
