Appointing competent Advertising Agency and regularly coordinating with them for the marketing collaterals, fliers, brochures, advertisement designing, advertisement campaigning, hoardings, negotiating with the press for press advertisement releases etc.
Deputing a man power at the site for coordinating site visits as well as follow up on the leads that are generated through ads and channel partners.

Project Conceptualization
Our involvement in any project calls for the following works
Once the land is identified, we visit the site and after careful survey, we prepare a SWOT analysis of the catchment, competition and proposition of the product or the mix of products that can fetch maximum business returns.
In case of Residential land from the inception the proposal for product mix, sizes of units and the price band on pre-launch, soft launch and launch can be suggested looking upon the market dynamics.
In case of Commercial plots, identification of the land use, what can be the most suitable option for the said plot – a high street mall, or standalone showroom, or standalone building for banks or any other form of commercial utilization.
Planning
Obtaining all approvals from various authorities including BL&LRO, Land Acquisition Department, KMDA, KIT, WBFS, Airport Authorities, Ministry of Defence, etc. to be submitted with drawings for sanction to the Appropriate Authorities;
Appointment of Architect if needed and co-ordination with them for design concept of the proposed building.
Getting the building plan ready along with all related documents for submitting the same for sanction.
Getting the plan sanctioned and necessary works related to the sanction.
Co-ordinating with lawyers and other agencies to get all documentations and registrations done to execute the proposed project;
Setting up maintenance and related infrastructure prior to handover to buyers of the proposed project.
Execution and supervision
Co-ordination with Architect and other consultants including Structural Engineers, MEP Consultants etc. for preparation of design concept and execution plan including final execution of the proposed project.
If needed finalization of the contractor for the execution of the site.
Supervising the site according to the need of the clients during the fit-outs.
Facilitating smooth handover to customers.
Scouting for clients to get the LOI’s, (in case) for leasing of the proposed building and signing of the provisional agreement if needed.
In case of built-to-suit, then jointly coordinating with the architect as well as the client for proper implementation of the proposal.
