On General Legal Services in the field of Real Estate and other Commercial Activities:

1. We handle advisory services, drafting of real estate related documentations, registration thereof, preparation of requisition of title and handling all related litigations, if any. Some of the specific area of work involves as follows:
   1. Involved in evaluation of land, examination of title, clearance of title related issues of all forms of land in and around Kolkata and West Bengal.
   2. Worked extensively with the authorities in relation to real estate development in Kolkata including Kolkata Municipal Corporation, Kolkata Improvement Trust, KMDA, Land Acquisition Department, BL&LRO Department, SDLRO, ADMLRO and DMLRO, Urban Land Ceiling Department, Urban Development Department etc.
   3. Involved in detailed planning & development of projects including its marketing, construction and overall real estate project planning.
   4. Involved in detailed legal documentation works in relation to all real estate projects including Joint Venture Agreements, Joint Marketing Agreements, all forms of acquisition documents for land and land related issues.

   1. Joint Marketing Agreements
      1. Notably we drafted and finalised the Joint Marketing Agreement between Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Elf Aquainte of France on behalf of Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
      2. We drafted and finalised the Teaming Agreement for Marketing of services of refinery repairs on turnkey basis, between Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Larsen & Toubro on behalf of Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

2. Advising clients in the field of Alternative Fuel Engines operated on CNG and LPG for Cars, Buses and other Commercial Vehicles in New Delhi.
3. We are retained advisors for Vivendi on all their Water Purification, Supply And Management projects in India.
4. We are advising our clients on license and lease of captive coalmines for setting up power plants and washeries and setting up their mining operations.
5. We have advised the State of West Bengal and connected departments in relation to setting up Formula One – Grand Prix Racing Circuit and Event near Kolkata.
